GCSE Results 2016

The students at Cheslyn Hay Sport and Community High School are overjoyed with the excellent results they have achieved in their GCSEs this year. 64% of students have achieved 5 GCSEs A*-C, for the fourth consecutive year. 

Students and staff are thrilled with the results and are particularly pleased that 55% of students achieved these top grades with English and Maths.

There were many outstanding results but the results of Elliott Beesley, Isabella Cain, Annabel Crook, Josh Harrison, Max Haydon, Morgan Hill, Vincent Jordan, Georgia Lloyd, Rebecca Saxon, Tom Walters, and Georgia Colgrave deserve a special mention as all eleven achieved at least 8 A* and A grades.

Overall the school’s pass rate is 100% with 99.6% of students gaining 5A*-G. Twenty one subject areas gained a 100% pass rate. These results will enable the vast majority of students to follow their chosen career path.
